I dont get my product from Kurvstudio

I purcase this The Ultimate Guide to: 3D Modeling from Kurvstudio
placed with this date 11/04/2010 and they dont send me all the info so whe can track our order.
I have sent them lott off Email and they say that takes about 20 days from usa with usps ant this are not the trought.
Usps say
usps deliverey international from 1-3 Business Days 3-5 Business Days 6-10
Business Days

Now I shuld tray to call the usps and ask what our product are and if Kurvstudio has sent this bequse Kurvstudio dont send us the tracking nummber.

Live and learn, live and learn. Or just research what others have said before buying from any company. Unfortunately Kurv Studios seem to be a very unreliable and unprofessional training provider these days.

Be patient. And check the postmark when it arrives to see if they were honest about when they shipped it.

If it gets lost in the mail maybe they will offer you a download version.
But this is really between you and KurvStudios, not the entire LW community. So posting here isn't really appropriate.
