How do you force LWCad into whole number increments? I'm moving a poly face along at a 45 and I can't get whole numbers without going to the numeric panel and typing in the distance I want to move. Seems counter intuitive.

Have you tried setting Grid Snap to UCS and specify the increment value?

For rotated angles, you need to define custom 3-point UCS, hold Ctrl while dragging to snap to the value steps.
