DP Light can't select light type

I am having difficulties selecting light type when having DP_Light installed. Selecting one type from the list select another type semi randomly. Check video.

Having the same issue. Sometimes it works...sometimes if you click further down the list the one you want will select.

Also having difficulty getting VPR to render with DP lights

There's no problem for switching with DP Light
in the current Lightwave 9.6 version here,
please report this in the Beta forum.
