Very cool, I'd like to find out how you went about modeling this. My only critique is that I think it might look better if the eyes were wire also, maybe in a spiral pattern.

I actaully have been thinking of makeing the wire. I will most likely do that when the head is complete.

Here is the head with the sud d's turned off. I just used a box and the extender tool to sculpt the head. I did not use any refrance for the head with the exception of the ear. It is mostly creative placement.

Very nice work! I agree however that the eyes are an anomaly in the design. Don't know what would look right though.
I'm over in Lakeland, good to see someone close by.

Original design!

I was all ready with my one word smart alec comment, `Extrudinary!` and then I read that you made it with extender. Wouldn`t rail extrude have been quicker?

yes you can use rail extrude but it is messy and very heavy. this give me more control over how I lay the polys down.

Representing Central Florida!
Nice to see your work online Tony. Very cool, like M.M. in color. Idea for eyes... connect wires to them from a power supply in his head? Have fun extruding! he-he :p Cya after work.
