Bazier, Sketch, Rail Extrude

I'm making a line by sketch and some part of this line i'm making by beziers. My question is. How to join this two part of line[one made by sketch, second made by beziers] for Rail Extrude ?

Any ideas ?

Weld the two ends together, then use Merge polys (Shift-Z I think) to make them into one curve.
