Hi, has anyone had this problem. When I try to load a scene file or object file, Lightwave doesn't go the the scene or object folder. I have to manually open the folder to view the files. I have the content directory set to C:Lightwave. This is preventing the plugins from working properly. I can,t even save images I render due to Lightwave not finding files properly. I have reinstalled and repaired the install. I had to manually save all the content from the Lightwave disk, as they just come up empty after install. Any help would be appreciated. Joe

Inside of this C:\Lightwave folder are folders called Objects, Scenes, Images?

When you set the content directory and close/relaunch LW the content directory path is still set? It needs to be written to the config file.

Thanks Nick, I had to manually delete all the folders that Lightwave installed and then put them back in. I don't know why the Lightwave installer is flubbing the install on this machine. Worked great on my last 'puter, :) Finally got it goin' though, Thanks again,

Joe
