I dont get license for PKL from kurvstudio

I purcase this from Kurvstudio

Poser to LightWave Kit - PLK

And that whas about 2 weeks ago now and I have send lott off email to them and they havent send me the license key yet for Poser to LightWave Kit - PLK.
I olso have try to call them but they dont answer so what shuld I do I have purcase for this about 125 dollars and Kurvstudio dont send me the license key when I have sent them all the information the need for this.
I´m are so angry about this now :devil:

At this point I would suggest calling your credit card or your bank and see if they can issue a refund. Hopefully your card has some sort of basic buyer protection in it. With the dollar amount being so low (and I'm not trying to belittle what you're going through) they should credit it back without too much hassle. Hopefully you still have your receipt as proof of transaction.

The manny are olredy sent to kurvstudio before I whas accepted to download this stuff and I sent them my info about the lw but they dont send me the license key so I cant get this manny back :(

I would still try calling your credit card company or bank. Just be an unhappy customer. For $125 they will probably want to make you get off the phone. I would exhaust all your options before you completely give up. I suppose at the very end you could write it off at tax time as an expense.

Basically you paid for an incomplete product at this point so be a grumpy customer and call your bank/credit card.
