Networking 3 3play units

Hi

This might already exist, but is it possible to run 3 machines on a network so that the operator of the 3rd machine could compile a highlights package drawn from the footage on the other two machines, without disturbing what the machines are doing.

This is for a sports telecast.

So machine one would have camera 1,2 and 3, machine two would have camera 4,5 and 6 and the third machine would have switcher out and one camera and a channel for the highlights mix.

Please say yes.

That would be an outstanding feature if it was in the current version of 3Play. Currently though you would have to have 3 separate highlight reels coming from 3 separate boxes.

I would love to see something like this to compete head on with the EVS units.

It would make my client beam like the sun if we could get away from EVS.

Especially if the super slo-mo that someone else asked about would work.
