I purchased data link about a year ago. after going through the install process and doing everything that the directions said, I could not get it to work for our whiteway rainbow 3000 scoring controller. after a call to newtek support i was informed that datalink doesn't work for hockey???
shortly after that we hosted the NCAA div1 playoffs and ESPN pulled a feed from our scoring controller and it worked fine...?
someone please tell me what I'm missing here?
