Please help, popping crackling audio output

I have seen a few other posts about this, but the solutions provided are not working for me.

The audio out just pops about twice a second. I have muted all the sources, and even unplugged the audio ins/outs from the SX-8, but it still pops. It prevents us from broadcasting audio because when mixed with other audio sources, everything cuts in and out.

contact NewTek tech support; you may have a defect on the card.

Check for overheating as well. A small personal fan blowing directly on the card fixed the problem until I had a replacement.

I don't want to speak to soon, but when I came in today, everything seems to be fine. I guess that is good, but I really wanted to know what was happening so I don't get stung in a live broadcast with that.

I had same problems a while back with T2. It was solved with one of the patch upgrades. Before the patch solved it for good.I wouldf have to shut down T2, then end Winrtme, then restart.
Make sure to take Paul's advice and contact Newtek.
