slow update from modeler to layout

Hello,
I have recently installed a gtx 480 on my dell quad core (q6600) with win 7 64 bit.
I have 4 gb of ram but now everytime I switch between modeler and layout is a panic.
Sometimes I have to wait more than one minute before the software appears.
Even If switch to chrome or just a picture visualizer then to come back to lightwave it's amess!
I tried to change some parameteres on the nvidia settings but nothing happened..
Does anyone had the same problem?

sounds like you are having hub issues.. look that up in the forums.

Check your firewall settings- plug out internet cable, and try disabling firewall for a while to see whether it's causing delay..

You can disable hub using -0 parameter.
