Did you install everything (either OS and LW) after full format/fresh HDD?

Try using -c parameter to redirect config directory. Every single LW version, including 32 bit and 64 bit, must be using different config directory.

You don't say whether it's in Layout, Modeler, or both. In 32 bit or 64 bit version.

Of course try the latest official LW v9.6 and betas. Maybe issue is long time gone in them.

Just as a hunch... did you install the graphics drivers from AMD as well?

Cheers,
