3D studio max files

Is there a way of importing/loading 3D studio max files into lightwave modeler?

i think you have to export your files from 3dmax into a 3ds or dfx format.

How do I import dxf files??

Just load DXF, what do you need more ?

(don't forget to select "All objects" instead of "Lightwave objects"
in the drop menu of the opening file window)

PS : loading DXFs in LW failes 1 time on 3 though…
Newtek would be kind to make some effort on it :
- load every DXFs
- load DXF's layers !!!
