I'm trying to figure out if I should install the DirectX June 2010

I'm using a GTX-285 on Win7-64.
Also, I notice there are a lot of settings in the nVidia control panel to enable/disable features such as occlusion.
Is there anything in the control panel I should change for Lightwave?
