my modeler tolls have disapeared

i was goin to import a plug in to modeler and i clicked something acidentaly and now everything is gone completely except for the view points. i cant even save what ive done. what do i do:confused:

Try hitting Alt+F2, which is the default key for toggling the toolbar on and off.

s or Shift+s saves btw.
