Video size

I have two black bars on the left and top of my video when I size them in TED. It looks like the image is moved down and to the right. I captured them at 720x486 D1.

DV footage has this artifact. DV is actually 720X480 so you get a little "bonus" footage. If you have VT[3], go to control tree and positioner, when you hover over the edge of the video with the cursor it says crop, click and drag it in to remove the border.
