Good day... this is not a VT question per se, but I'm hoping someone can shed some light.
I have never trusted my VT enough to stream our awards shows from it, so I stream it from a different system with Windows media encoder & and an osprey card on it.

I would like to stream from my new laptop. It has expresscard and usb, and if needed I suppose I could add firewire through the expresscard slot. Can someone suggest some hardware to be able to connect a component (or composite) video stream from the toaster, and either RCA or XLR audio inputs from our show mixer.... and have a reliable portable streaming machine?

Standalone systems like this cost over $5k, but I suspect I can do it on my laptop....

Thank you!
Jeff
