I've got an upcoming project that requires three products modeled from hires reference photographs. One is a rangefinder device, one is a set of binoculars, and one is a rifle scope.
I'm looking for very high accuracy and high quality modeling and surfacing accurate to the real products. Only one product has a surface that would need UV work, it is camouflage.
If you are a great modeler, shoot me an email with some samples.
My timeline is of course fairly short, with 1 to 2 weeks to complete all three models.
email me at steve at monovich dot com
I can discuss rates after initial contact.
thanks!

How about having a look at the photos (in low/med res would be fine for now)?
Or send by email to bk at bknilssen dot no if they are not "public"?
I believe rangefinder can be more than one type of device? But I suppose this one is not the camera device?
Should they be SubD or poly, or doesn't it matter?

Just sent off a mail, damn that booze which lured me away from the desk just a few minutes before the OP :(

Well, you can still keep me in mind for the future. I got interested in the objects mentioned here and may end up modeling them for myself anyway. :)

Quite fun to model binoculars in fact :)
Here's my last attempt.
BTW, nice to see someone reporting back when a "position" has been filled.

I filed away all the great submissions I got. I'll try to keep future modeling gigs in the LW family.
