Tmpeg and SE

Anyone have Eugenes recipe for tmpeg? I would like to have a copy sent to tod cole 03 @ g mail. com. There are no spaces in the email. Second question is with the render in MPEG out of SEs timeline to MPG2 what is the codec SE is using currently? I ask because I dont seem to have the right look and feel for DVD master. The MPEG I render has jagged edges in most of my lower thirds and I cant seem to make the necessary adjustments in the codec to get the sweet spot.
