i am having a live shoot problem and need help, is anybody online who can help ?

the error i am getting

i am on the stream to internet page.. i have it set to flash.. set to push 30fps 480x360..

i type in the url, and it says flash ended prematurly

Your best bet is to call Tech Support.

Usually the problem is with the rtmp or stream ID. I've set up a personal ustream page just for testing purposes. If I can successfully stream to it, ( and I almost always can ) the problem is in the server end.\

I'd try re-entering the RTMP server and Stream ID Info and see if it works. I uaually prefer to copy and paste this info, as ANY mistake will cause what you are seeing.
