I am just going through some old training on the LWCAD site and in the video they use drectangle to cut through the 2nd floor that has a stair case going to it. I am wondering how that would best be accomplished in LWCAD 3.5 since 3.5 does not seem to have drectangle.

You can use box or box 3p with sub turned on does the same thing.

Just curious, isnīt that a little wrong, sub turned on would just cut out the whole section, not slicing?
I think that it is the add mode turned on seems that seems to have replaced it.

No, he's referring to the tutorial where a hole is made in the floor so that the staircase can lead up to the second floor. Subtract is used because it allows you to drag a hole in the floor where you want it.

sorry..my mistake, I was somhow mistaken it for that he would like to do a slice, but of course not, otherwise the add mode is valid for slicing a construction line.
