import motion path

Hi e-body,

I wonder if somebody know if it is possible to create a curve in Modeler and then import it ti Layout as Motion path.

I could hardly find anything in manual under:
- Motion Path
- Import Path
- Import Motion Path.

I appreciate any help.

Yep, it's easy.

1) Select the points in order in Modeller.
2) Do "Make Open Curve", and make sure the curve is selected.
3) Go to the "Construct" tab
4) Do "Path to Motion" from the "Additional" drop down menu (unless you have it elsewhere in which case you'll need to search for it in the interface editor)
5) Save out the motion path as "myMotion.mot" or something
6) Open Layout and select the object you want to apply the motion to.
7) Go to the "File" menu, subsection "Load", and select "Load motion file"

All done :)
