Camera matching

I've taped some footage with a DV camera 720x576. The camera is fixed, ie. stays
put, no panning or zooming.

I want to match LW 7.5c camera to to live footage. I tried Camera's zoom,
aperture height and FOV settings. In the middle all looks ok but LW rendered
element are tilted near corners of the screen. What camera setting should I try
nex?

Are you sure it is lightwave and not the footage that is tilted?? According to the makers of ICARUS (Now no longer availible) cheap lenses have a tendency to distort the picture.

Yes semi pro camcorders will distort the image slightly. I have a copy of Icarus which I downloaded when it was still free. I'd let you have a copy but I'm not sure if copywrite would allow this?

DONGLE THIS! : just open the 'Image Editor' and click 'Load'. You can open your animation (avi, image sequence, mpeg, whatever..) like any image (you may have to change the file requester from 'Image' to 'All types of files' to be able to see your .avi files).
