Feedback Request: What would like to see from The Training Dept.

Some of you may have seen the TriCaster Getting Started or TCXD300 Getting Started training DVD that has been shipping with recently purchased TriCaster's. We are looking for feedback on those DVDs as well as what would you like to see from the NewTek Training Dept. in the future? Are there specific topics you would like to see us cover more in depth? Are there topics we missed or glazed over?

I'm sure that were you to go to your tech support department and ask them which questions that they continuously get asked that they could load you up on content. Another thought would be to check the number of comments in these threads to see which ones have the most discussion.

Then, with a couple of copies of Camtasia and a little quiet time some of your guys could put together short videos (that don't have to be professionally edited in SpeedEdit) on the current topics. You wouldn't have to master DVD's or worry about Q/A. Just blow and go. Every so often I'll go to Microsoft's Channel 9 (http://channel9.msdn.com/Media/Videos/) for insight.

Many times when our customers ask tech support questions, we will answer with a Camtasia video. They love them.

Of course I'm assuming that many folks on this forum are somewhat byte-heady, so I'll bet they/we would love the snippets.
