camera Point of interest

Is there a way to set a the cameras point of interest point to a stationary position while the camera moves as you can do in AE. Basically telling the camera where it should look at all times?

All items have this feature.

Put a null named "Camera Target" where you want that point of interest, then follow Happy's instructions.
