Just installed 2.0. on a Win 7.0 machine, i7 processor, 6 Gig., Nvidia Quadro NVS 420 quad display video card.
Got a c+++ 2008 error during install asking to repair or remove.
Tried installing both ways same operational error is occuring.
Issue:
SE 2.0 starts up as expected.
When I access my raid drive and drill down through directories to get the video files (.AVI) the program will stall, window whitens and asks if I want to wait until the program recovers or quit the program.
If I wait it will come back but then will crash with error as shown in attached image.
Some times it just crashes at this same point with the same error as in attached image.
Some times it just crashes indicating Speed Edit has stopped working.
However, if the video file is high on a directory tree, or in a sub directory with only a few files in it there has not been any errors.
I copied the first file I was drilling down to, to the root of the drive and it loaded fine and edits with no problems.
It looks to me that if there are a large number of files in the subdirectory then the program crashes.
Any help Greatly appreciated.
