SE 2.0 Released, but no upgrade download?

Where can I download the upgrade? I just bought version 1.5 like two weeks ago. I logged into my account but it's not available for download! :(

Seems like a really good question to ask Customer Service. Unfortunately, no-one else can really either answer the question or do anything to resolve it. It's likely just that the qualified purchases haven't all been processed yet, but I'm sure CS will be glad to help.

They are working the last kinks out of the database so that the correct users will have it available.

We're expecting to send emails to those registered users later today or tomorrow.

My 26th email is just about buying a 2.0 upgrade, not about the free upgrade owed to some for recent purchases of Speededit. Is that what yours is about, or did you get an email about downloading a free upgrade?

I spoke with customer service on Friday: as a recent purchaser of 1.5, I was told that the upgrade would be at no charge and the link would appear in "my downloads". I'm looking forward to getting it.

After seeing this posted and getting a few PM's I did follow up on this.

As of this moment, they are still actively working on it on the web/registration server side. (not sure what that entails, but I'm sure they are doing everything they can)

I'm sorry it's taking longer than expected, but just as soon as they pull the trigger we will let you know.

I received my two new registration codes for SE 2.0 about 20 minutes ago, went to the download site and found the upgrade software there ready for download. It's downloaded now. Thanks Newtek for getting it taken care of!!

Can't wait to see what's new in it!
