yep Jack I did it in Modeler. Sometimes when I select a Poly in Modeler that's what my screen looks like. Kind of like it cycling through an 8 bit pallete. Lots of fun. It's just a screenshot with some post in Pshop.

BTW while I'm on the techno front, here's an old flash movie I did. The 3D techno bunny has been hand-drawn and the volumetric FX, smoke etc all done by hand in flash.
There's no preloader so you have to wait a few secs for it too load.

that's pretty funny music on your flash animation, I've been listening to it all day. Not quite as good as the streets though.

Did I tell you guys I'm thinking of getting a haircut, someone yelled out of their car window that my head looks like a furry egg shell and now I'm all depressed. What do you guys think I should do, maybe you could cheer me up.

uugh I used to have long hair, but I'd be too embarassed to show my photo in public.

The flash thing was done about 2 years ago. Sadly when my HD died I lost the original source files so I can't edit the sound. Uuggh that life huh "It's a ***** and then you die!" :)

My GF arrives in Sydney on September 11, yeaah I'm getting happy :)
