TCXD300 Where can I stream HD 720p

I am streaming with ustream.tv with Tricaster Pro using ustream 480 x 270 setting (or there abouts). I am planning to use a TCXD300 soon, but does anyone know how or where to stream in HD?

You can stream HD on the pay side of UStream, Watershed

http://watershed.ustream.tv

or you can pick from a number of other CDNs out there like Akamai, LimeLight, EdgeCast, AudioVideoWeb, etc...

But this are all pay not free.
