how to copy multiple channels???

Can anyone help me here. I would like to copy and paste all channels on an obect with animation and paste the entire timeslice say 500 frames further down the animation path.

How do I do this without having to copy and paste each channel per object?? Extremely annoying when you have to do this with hundred objects.

you can multiselect every channel of that object and copy and slide the keys you want where you want
