Help with registration!

Can somebody at NT please help me register my copy of LW 7.5? I recently upgraded my copy of LW 6.5 to 8 and got the 7.5 CD. there was no serial included with the 7.5 CD. I tried registering on the web using the lock number and the 6.5 serial but got no reply from Newtek. I then tried sending a message to Marvin Miller but also got no reply.

Is it normal not to get a new serial for the 7.5 upgrade? Is everybody at NT on vacation?

I had the same problem when I originally bought LightWave. You need to call them to actually get this in a timely manner, I don't waste my time with e-mails and web stuff with Newtek.
