Hey Guys..im starting to work on animating the tbird I made and just thought I could get some opinions on color. Although I am planning on compositing a few of the end shots, most of it I plan to have in a white GI environment.
As for the color selection, I want to keep it within these four.
Personally I am leaning towards either the yellow or blue. There is already quite a bit of white in the scene and the logos are tough to make out with this color and the red seems too similiar to the tail lights.
Keep in mind that this is a WIP and little inconsistencies will be taken care of.
btw, here is the original thread...

I say the yellow one... Nice contrast with the lights (and even the white background), plus it will attract alot of attention!

I'd prefer a black one myself...Very cool model though.

In your previous renders, where the car is outside, your specular highlights have a certain flare to them. Almost like a streaky lens flare. How did you do that? Is it done with a texture or is it a post effect or could it even be a reflection of a lens flare?
I would again like to request some details on how you surfaced the car.
Very nice job. I like the white one.
I like the blue, it's got that look how cool i am feel.

How'dee...
I was just curious as to whether or not I'm missing something... Your original posting is titled...
"'02 Thunderbird Animation"
I've gone through each of the post here and I'm not finding any "Thunderbird Animation"... Just renders of the model itself...
Am I missing something..?
As for your "Thunderbird"... "Awesome!" But now I want to see an animation where as you mentioned it...

Anything thats white, red and black looks good to me. So WHITE. But the white one might not look as good from the front. I don't know maybe a Red Leather Interior ??? ~ Maybe, not. ~ Most perfect car I've seen yet by the way. Some general principles behind your lighting and surfaces would be great.
