Hello,
I have this new computer with no serial connector.
This means ( to me ) no RS422.
I am going to need to transfer to a beta deck from VT5.
2 solutions : either get a new Addenda cable USB to RS422, does anyone knows if VT5 will work with it ?
or get one of these cheap cables from ebay :
http://cgi.ebay.fr/USB-2-0-to-RS422-RS-422-RS485-Converter-Adapter-Serial_W0QQitemZ370153107089QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_ DefaultDomain_0?hash=item562ed82e91, and plugin my old Addenda adaptor, again will it work with VT5 ?
