Any ideas please. I have sent my Tricaster Studio to tech support twice with the same problem. It has come back with the problem not fixed twice. I have been using Audio-technica omnidirectional ATR35s lav mics for a year and a half doing live streaming internet shows. They have always worked great until recently. With all audio settings at normal setting the level is peaking at -15 to -20. Before I would have to pull down the audio. Now I can barely hear it. batteries are good. Any ideas?

Advanced audio setting tab changes make no difference? ie try line level.
Restore TC default settings?
Have you tried other mics to be sure it's the TC?
Any recent TC updates?

I recall when you'd asked about this before you sent it in, I'd asked a bunch of questions. If the machine was sent back with the symptom of low audio input level, and it was returned to you, I'd have to expect the problem was fixed, or they couldn't reproduce it. Usually, NewTek includes a paper with the unit if any parts were repaired or replaced. Didi you get that with the unit?
I would you suggest you try a few different mics, and line level sources, and you try the different settings on that advanced tab, and see what they do. Then once you are really familiar with those settings, try the problematic mic. You might find it's just an input gain issue.
