Single Frame Render Issue

In layout, I can load multiple objects, setup all of my lights, then save the scene... upon rendering, all of the objects, lights and camera are back at their original locations. I was wondering if someone else might have experienced this issue, and if so, is there a fix?

I've closed the application several times, restarted the computer, shut down the computer. I've even created a new object and started with that, but keep arriving at the same issue. After render, the scene resets.

Did you set keyframes when you moved them?

Sounds like not :)

It's personal preference, but having Auto Key on will prevent this ..... once you move something, it will stay put.
