Constant Speed Plugin? What happen to it?

Does someone know why the Constant Speed plugin is not around anymore?
I really need this plugin since Lightwave fails to have a modifier that makes a motion path stay at a constant Speed.
If I cannot get my hands on this plugin anymore what feature in LW7.5 can do what Constant Speed Can do?

I have an object I wanto to move along a path in layout without the speed of the object changing from keyframe to keyframe.

Without tediously making every keyframe exactly the same distance apart there has to be a modifier that makes it ignore the inbetween keys and only pay attention to the velocity using the first and last key only.

Wouldn't Cruise Control work (under Motion Modifiers)?

I tried Cruise Control but it makes my object go in a straight line.
The object does'nt seem to follow the original path I made for it.
Is there something I am missing with Cruise Control that fixes this?

Hmm....that kinda stinks. Same results here. I'd say you'd probably be able to write an expression to limit the velocity to a constant value, but I'm not comfortable enough with expressions to be of much help here. I went through the Expression Builder, and it sort of gives you an idea of what to do, but like I said, I couldn't quite figure it out.

id imagine an expression would restrict the distance from last keyframe using some trig?
