Thought I'd try here. I need a new dongle because mine is broken. I need an RMA. Why has it been over a month, two different forms of contact, and no response from Technical support?:mad:

Have you followed up with tech support. Honestly, if you've been waiting this long, I'd be calling or emailing every day (or both).

Emailing is too passive. Call them directly on the phone.
