Howdy everyone. I have enjoyed using the Tricaster Pro for a few cool events over the last 6 months or so. Cool unit. No issues.
I plugged it in today and it will not boot up. Just stuck on the 'sun' blue light on the front panel and no VGA (DVI) output to the monitor at all.
The keyboard caps lock and Num lock blink for just a second, and then nothing.
Thoughts?

Cool. I already got word back from Newtek support on this. Awesome customer service!
I'll let everyone know what I find out.

...I'm guessing the graphics card needed to be re-seated, Jeff?

Yeah, I tried to do the re-seat of the graphics card and the RAM, etc. and didn't have any luck. So it is going back home to San Antonio for a closer look from the NewTek crew.
I'll keep everyone posted.
thanks!

:Tricaster -> Got the Tricaster back today. One-day turnaround. Awesome. Turns out the memory needed to be replaced. I guess...
The only note in the box when it returned was "replaced memory and ran system SW for further eval"
Thanks everyone!
The show must go on. And it will...
