Free websites don't allow direct linking, you have to make a html page with your image and link to that instead.

Or, if the image is around 20-30k (I'm not 100% on that) you can upload it by clicking on the browse button.

your charactor movement is very stiff. Nobody walks in a perfect line. The head doesn't move when the charactor speaks. Most charactors move thier heads when speaking. The eyes don't blink. Makes the cahractor look like it's staring at you.
