I had an entire edit of B-Roll stills in a project that needed to be sped up by about 15 percent, because we changed the speaker on the event to someone who talks faster.

So instead of laboriously shortening all of the stills and moving every transition in, I selected the whole edit and made it a subproject. Then with F8 clip properties, I changed the playback speed to 115% and expanded it back into a project.

And everything was proportionately resequenced at the new faster speed. Saved me about half an hour of editing.

The other way to get there is create the subproject with the video (stills) and alt-drag the end of the subproject to match the length of the appropriate audio segment.
