Tricaster Admin

Hi

My Tricaster Broadcast has suddenly started this behaviour. When open and you click on the cross to go to the admin screen the tricaster closes to windows so I cant see the reset/update screen.

Any thoughts to why and how I can correct this please

When going to the Admin panel and the machine hangs, hit and hold Control, then V and T all at the same time to shut off the TriCaster. I'd bet there is some kind of windows pop open window that's preventing the complete hut down. Often after you hit the <ctrl> <V><T> key combo, you'll see a window open on the TriCaster Admin Screen.

If you are still not finding the normal admin screen, I'd bet you turned off the option for "active desktop" which the Admin screen requires. Turn this back on.

You might try booting in safe mode, then right clicking on the windows screen. You should fid an option to restore. You might also find a white desktop with a bunch of writing on it and a gray " restore active desktop button on it.
