is it possible to capture a frame in 1440 X1080?

I'be been trying to capture a series of frames using time lapse from within VT5. the footage is HDV - 1440 X1080 but no matter what I set the project at, the captured frames are always 720 X 480. Is there a way to capture each frame as a 1440 X 1080 size jpeg?

The VT[5] is an SD-only device except for SpeedEDIT-VT.

So no, you can't do what you're trying to do from the VT[5]'s capture panel.

You can only "capture" (technically transfer) HDV from inside of SpeedEDIT-VT. And no, it can't capture as a time lapse since it is a transfer, not a capture.

You could render out to frames one at a time from the timeline, but that doesn't sound like a fun way to spend your time.

If you have installed the WDM plugin for Aura, you might just check to see it the HDV device shows up in it. I don't know whether it will see it or not (probably not, I'm afraid), but it's worth a check.
