Hi guys, hope you guys are great.

I need to add to this animation I've got, the surface does not have to match 100%, but it needs to look close to the picture,

Could I ask someone please maybe to guide me in the right direction to achieve the bump and look on the red/orange engine block?

I would appreciate it plenty, he he!

thanks!

For the shifting tones between grey and orange I would just use a procedural texture on the colour channel in the surface editor - no need to even go to nodes for this - something like Turbulence to shift between the orange and grey. The bumps seem random, so another fractal noise texture in the bump channel (it's a bit hard to see from just one pic), but then the slight cross-hatching thing? Less sure...

Another approach, perhaps a tad unconvential, would be use sticky front projection using the above material as reference via the taft plugin.

Of course, this is entirely conditional on how much you need to add to the animation, what the angles are etc etc. Probably only suitable if you need to add a few frames at a similar angle.
